By using TitanListing to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, terms of service, document-sharing agreement, or any other contract, you are signing electronically under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). This page explains how that works and what your rights are.
Throughout the TitanListing platform, you will encounter situations where you must agree to a contract — for example, signing an NDA before viewing confidential financials, accepting our Terms of Service when registering, or agreeing to a document-sharing agreement before attaching financial documents to an inquiry. In each of these flows, you sign electronically by:
When you complete those steps, TitanListing automatically records your full typed name, your IP address, and a timestamp, and associates them with the contract being signed. That bundle of information is your electronic signature.
Under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in Oregon (ORS Ch. 84), Washington (RCW Ch. 1.80), Idaho (Idaho Code Tit. 28, Ch. 50), and Montana (Mont. Code Ann. Tit. 30, Ch. 18), a contract or signature may not be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.
Your electronic signature on TitanListing has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature on paper. By signing electronically, you intend to be legally bound by the agreement you signed.
TitanListing stores a complete record of every electronic signature, including:
You may request a copy of any agreement you have electronically signed on the platform at any time by emailing hello@titanlisting.com. We will deliver the signed record to the email address on file for your account at no charge.

If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you will be unable to access or retain records, we will notify you and give you the option to withdraw your consent without penalty.
You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures and electronic records at any time by emailing hello@titanlisting.com with the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent.” If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide certain services through the platform, and you may be required to complete agreements on paper instead. Withdrawing consent does not undo the legal validity of any electronic signature you have already provided.
You are responsible for keeping the email address and other contact information on your TitanListing account current. You can update your contact information at any time from your dashboard at titanlisting.com/dashboard. We are not responsible for delivery of records to an out-of-date email address you have provided.
